Day 242 :: October 31, 2012
Sorry...not at all a Halloween related photo!
I was so preoccupied with the Munchkin celebrating Halloween at preschool, and getting the house prepared (and for what, I didn't get a single trick-or-treater this year!) that I didn't have time to take photos until just before I went to bed.  So this photo is artificial lighting on card stock!

Fabric colour card

This week had been fairly dark and grey, and I found myself trying to deal with unwanted shadows and weird lighting in pretty much every photo I took.  So needless to say I spent a great deal of time trying to set up some sort of light box trying and either tried to grab as much natural light as possible or rigging up lamps.  I even tried setting up at different times of the day in hopes of scoring some of that elusive good lighting.  Let's just hope that next week will be better!

    1. Thanks Rebecca! :)

      The dark, gloomy weather is definitely tricky when it comes to photography. I know I will be taking advantage of those sunny days! The book shelf is a "floating" shelf that is hidden under the bottom book, so the books act like the shelf itself.
